Lemon Source incorporates the lemon generator that extends OWL and RDFS ontologies by automatically applying the following analysis

• Tokenization
• Lemmatization
• Part-of-speech detection
• Phrase analysis (parsing)
• Syntactic Categorization

Lemon Source integrates this tool, however if you may directly generate lexica here.
